How to get rid of a muffin top or how to lose love handles, well fear not as I have the answer and speaking from experience as several times I have had those love handles and muffin top.
And I love wearing low cut jeans , so it simply has to go as that overhang of excess fat is not a good look. But more importantly we should all be aiming to be a healthy weight and muffin tops are often made up of excess body fat! So how do you get rid of it! Easy you eat healthy foods, eat the right size portions and you burn it off with this 100 Rep workout of mine.
