In this video I provide the steps that I took for my recent WEIGHT LOSS TRANSFORMATION. I lost 11 pounds in 4 weeks by taking a very practical approach that everyone can follow for fast fat loss. I changed my diet and measured my foods out to ensure that I was in a caloric deficit. For my cardio, I did daily walks and increased the distance from week to week. I also incorporated resistance training where I performed 5 full body workouts per week.
