When you want to lose weight, many diet programs and health experts recommend physical activities, such as walking, because it helps you burn calories and control weight. If you add 30 minutes of brisk walking to your daily routine, you could burn about 150 more calories a day. Of course, the more you walk and the quicker your pace, the more calories you’ll burn. Normally 30 minutes to 90 minutes of brisk walk in a day or 150 minutes in a week is recommended to lose weight along with low calorie diet. Try not to skip more than one day in a row. Consistency is good for burning calories and improving your metabolism. Try strength training exercise on your non-walking days. If you find yourself worn out, take a day off. But be sure to get back walking the following day. This video is in Urdu and Hindi.
