Dana Mather found CrossFit 77 6 years ago when she was out of shape, out of energy, and looking for a change. The accountability and competitive nature kept her entertained and coming back for more every day. After years of hard work, Dana actually competed at the CrossFit Games in the master’s division in 2016.
Dana’s weight loss transformation would have been a little easier if she would have practiced these three weight loss tips before she began.
1. Keep a Food Log of everything you consume to help you stay accountable.
2. Shoot for a small 1% victory every single day to remain moving forward.
3. Make your bad habits difficult to do.
