Most staples in countries where the general population is sleep is rice, wheat, potatoes, vegetables and fruits, their main source of calories is carbohydrates. In fatter countries, the calories coming from fats are the predominate calorie. High carb, low fat cooked/raw vegans are the healthiest and it’s very difficult to get fat following that diet! Follow the results not the theories.
