Do you need to lose weight? Here are 5 easy and achievable suggestions to increase weight loss. I lost 11lbs/5kg in one week with just a few changes.
It was my first week and you always lose more that first week! and these suggestions worked for me but that doesn’t mean they will suit you. I’m still learning myself what’s good and what’s bad. I want to create a page people can share advice and their own story as well! I’m not the educator, I’m getting educated.. just like you guys!! 🙂 I can’t wait to hear how everyone else tries to increase their weight loss! I REALLY need help to stay motivated!
MY FIRST VIDEO! I’m very excited to bring you this channel and all my advice as I lose weight each week. I could wait to upload a video when I lose all the weight but I thought as a way to motivate others and show them what ACTUALLY WORKS and what DEFINITELY DOESNT, id publically track my weight loss journey.
I PLAN TO LOSE 80LBS/36.2 KG IN 1 YEAR!
***at one point I say you’ll retain food if you starve yourself. That should say “retain fluid”.***
***also in the video I mention having 1000 to 1200 calories. after talking to a few people and doing more research, I’ve changed my calories 1350 to 1500. make sure to always consult a professional in regards to weight loss because Google can be very tricky in finding the truth.***
