THANK YOU FOR WATCHING! The journey to Onederland is on! The goal for my Weight Loss Journey is to lose 100 lbs. Short-term goal is to be 199 lbs or less by September 1st, 2020. I want to break the 200 lbs mark into Onederland (100s). I haven’t been under 200 lbs in 10 years. The last time I was under 200 lbs was in 2010. I was walking around at 180 lbs which I believe is my body’s set weight. I have been on this home workout journey since June 2018. Starting your weight loss journey at home is an effective and powerful tool for beginners and I highly recommend starting a home workout journey if the gym hasn’t cut it.
