These are tips that I’ve learned throughout my on-going weight loss journey (I officially started in January 2016 but “fell off” in early March and got back on track in late July and have been going strong ever since). These are not rules, though I mistakenly call them so at least three times. I also want to add that you should give yourself at least three months of good, clean eating and exercise before you begin to compare before and after photos. Yes, you can see results in as little as a week or two (after no exercise and bad eating I saw small changes in my body after about two weeks of treating it better) but significant weight loss will take time. Trust me. I know.
So take your time, love your body and do what’s good for you!
