  4. Hello dear, you are an angel. I will not say that i have followed particularly a single diet chart of urs, I have mixed up all your diets. Mixture of egg diet(which I followed for 7 days) oats diet, morning drinks, chila recipes and many more. . Trust me i started from March with 66.5 kgs and now I am 53.6kgs with lots of cheat diet though. Thank you thank you so much.
