2. Cut off added sugar
Reduce the amount of sugar intake through your food is the best way to reduce the overall weight. Try to reduce the amount of sugar intake through processed foods or sugar in liquid form or any other form of food that contains added sugar. Then gradually cut off it completely.
3. Cut back on refined carbs
Try to reduce or cut off the amount of refined carbs intake. Simply, try to avoid foods like crackers, cookies, white bread, cakes, candy, pasta, sugar-sweetened beverages, etc. and instead of this use whole carbs foods like vegetables, whole fruits, whole grains, sweet potato, popcorn, pure oats, brown rice, etc.
4. Add more fibers, fruits & vegetables in your diet
Use more soluble fibers in your food because it helps to reduce your appetite.
5. Eat more protein
Add food that contains protein in your diet. For example, Eggs, Salmon, Red Meat, Dairy, Nuts & Seeds, vegetables like spinach, peas, potatoes, etc.
6. Sleep more
Try to get enough sleep (at least 7 hours per night) because poor sleep can increase your appetite. Also, enough rest helps to reduce your stress level. In addition to this, getting enough sleep helps to improve your performance.
7. Move more
Exercise or similar body movement makes significant changes to our body. So, try to walk more.
