This diet is safe for all including PCOS, PCOD, Thyroid, Diabetics, Pregnant as well as Nursing Mothers however Thyroid patients may replace Broccoli with Green Beans and Pregnant as well as Nursing mothers may increase the calories as needed.

Alterations that can be made :
1. Chicken in Omelette can be skipped. You can also have 1 boiled chicken instead of omelet. So the evening meal would be 1 Boiled Egg 🥚 + 1 Apple 🍎
2. Instead of Broccoli in Oats, you can also use Cauliflower.
3. If you feel full with Chicken Carrot Recipe, then start adding 1 carrot instead of 2.

PS: Uric Acid patients may not follow, as this diet is rich in protein.
Please follow this for a minimum of 10 days with 30 mins of exercise to see good results.
This diet is close to/ approx 1100 – 1200 calories.

  3. The title of this video is unbelievably misleading. Lose 10kg in 10 days!! Come on now, don't mislead people into thinking that's possible following these meals, unless you weigh about 500ib already, but even then extremely unlikely. You'd need to be in a calorie defecit of almost 7,000 calories per day for that to happen. Meals look good though

  6. I follow your egg diet lost 2 kg but cheat all days start with 64.45 kg current weight 62 .95 kg done for 6 days wish me luck from tmrw onward I will do it again inshallah with an honest diet I will update u soon at the end of sep
    So sorry I HV only lost 2 kg with egg diet I HV done no cheating for 2 days but weight is stuck I want to 😢
