  3. Brown rice
    Boil brown rice and keep aside
    To pan add 1tbsp ghee
    1tsp cumin seeds
    2 black cardomoms
    10 black peppercorns
    Roast then add Half chopped onion
    Chopped chillies
    1tbsp ginger garlic paste
    Curry leaves
    1 red bell pepper chopped
    Half cup of green peas
    1/2tsp turmeric powder
    1/2tsp chilli powder
    1/2tsp garam masala
    Add 2 cups of cooked brown rice
    Add salt to taste
    Handful of chopped coriander/cilantro/ mint leaves
