  2. Hi Vicky, I just wanted to clarify the soup for dinner options. The links you have given has you magic soup, which includes oats and vegetables. It is ok to have that in the evening , even though oats is grain? I’m trying to follow this, but would like to have the oats soup if you can.

  3. This diet works if you stick to it. I have been following this diet for about 3 weeks and have lost 15 pounds so far. I am also doing yoga daily. I do not break the rules at all except about once a week I have a cup or two of black coffee with no milk or sugar. Update: weight loss is slowing down now but I have lost another 5 pounds. Starting weight 204 lb, current weight 185lb.
