We start with a quick warm-up to prepare your body for the workout.
The main workout consists of 15 low-impact Exercise Snacks that we’ll perform for 45 seconds each, followed by a 15-second rest, before moving on to the next exercise.
All the moves are full body and this helps with fat loss and toning your entire body! These moves also are steady-state cardio which helps to keep your heart rate up and burn more calories while focusing on toning your arms, shoulders, glutes, abs, and legs.
