These days I am doing a certificate course on health and nutrition. Why am I doing this? If you are connected with us on Instagram, you know how much I love creating healthy yet tasty food at home, how much I value a healthy lifestyle. And these days, there is so much of the information available that makes us confused about our own food and health.

That is why I decided to learn about the science behind food and health. Now I can share it with you guys too about having a more healthy lifestyle without compromising much on your food

Recently, I was shocked to see that obesity is increasing in India and because of which other diseases are increasing at such an early age. People getting heart problems or diabetes is rising in numbers. The major reason for this is our food and lifestyle.

We have started consuming more processed food and our physical work has reduced. This resulted in gaining a lot of weight. And hence all the diseases that arise from weight gain.

That is why I am sharing 5 simple hacks that you can adopt for a healthy lifestyle and weight loss. These are very simple tips for weight loss that will be very easy to remember too.
