There are plenty of reasons people overinduge. You may find that sometimes you just get so busy you just find yourself eating to do something then you fall into a state of depression thinking you aren’t as healthy or attracitve or thin as you once were.
This can cause you to worry even more to a point that you get so upset you become angry at yourself. My advice is use that as motivation to choose a diet and stick with it. then you’ll be happier and thinner and less stressed.
Many people start over-excercising because they think it will de-stress them and make them lose weight which it might help you with weight and self-image but the stress will remain because you’ll worry about getting that exercise in as much as possible. To lose weight exercising is great. To help stress, do something peaceful you love like painting, taking long walks or anything you enjoy that makes you feel better.
Those activities not only de-stress you but make you happier because you have more time to think about everything and you find yourself working out problems and being a happier healthier person.
Another great thing to release stress is yoga or pilates. Getting up early and doing that feels amazing or biking riding as the sun comes up. You feel better, look better and have a better day. As tiring as it sounds, you will be so pleased when you do it.
You can also have friends with you to support you and maybe even join you in those activities to keep each other stay motivated and give you and your friends more time to talk and joke and get closer.
