If you have not exercised for a while, start out by doing a few crunches a day and work up the intensity of your workout a little at a time. Find a good abdominal workout video for beginners and use it for a while until you start feeling stronger in your abdominal area. Then move on to more advanced program and before you know it you will be working your way towards those rock hard six-pack abs.
