When we get upset, have you ever noticed you immediatly go to food for comfort and relieve stress? This results in us eating more than necasarry without you even noticing. Women especially like to use candies to get rid of their problems or lessen the intensity for a while.

This can be easily be stopped by just not keeping extremely fattening foods out in the opening or to just stop and calm down before you go and a search for anything with lots of calories, carbs, and fats.

Everyone will eat more when they are stressed. They will keep reaching for more and more food to release it and then it causes more stress because you then you worry about your health and weight, and the stress of it all takes its toll on your skin, sleep, and overall body.

There is plenty of occupations that cause overeating from stress or because your working so much you skip meals and overindulge. Some of these jobs include security guards, any kinds of delivery drivers, anything that you get bored easy doing or you’ve got nothing to do, or something with too much to do and so you find yourself constantly eating. This can quickly cause you become over weight, stressed and just unhealthy in general.

Never feel like your the only person out there who uses food to relieve anger, anxiety or stress. Everyone does it. Especially new-mothers and mothers and most babysitters. What is the first thing every babysitter does? Raid the fridge for anything they like or don’t have at home that sounds good. Plus once the kids are asleep they’ll get on the phone and start eating without a second thought.

How do you fix this? Simple face your problems, confront the people causing it. Focus more at work and try to get things done with less food. You’ll find yourself doing better at work, not having body issues that cause stress or worrying about your weight and feeling better about yourself in every way.
