It is not impossible for you to stay fit just because you are always on the go. Fitting in exercise is something that you can do just about anytime of the day and just about anywhere.
While you are at work, you can do exercises at your desk. Here are a couple of exercises that you can try.
Workout Your Hips, Thighs and Buttocks
Stand facing the desk; place your hands palms down on the desktop for support. Extend one leg out behind you. Keep your leg straight, and raise your heel up. Lower slowly. Repeat 10 to 12 times then Switch legs.
Tummy Tightener To work on your abs, suck in your stomach tight and hold for a count of 10 repeat 10 times. Do this several times a day to tighten abdominal muscles, it provides the same type of contraction as crunches.
If you travel a lot for your job, many hotels now offer workout rooms where you can get on the treadmill or exercise bikes. If they do not have, an exercise room in the building many of them now offers temporary memberships to a nearby club so you can get your workouts even when you are out of town.
You can also find a swimming pool at most hotels where you can get a good workout. Just take a few laps in the pool, do some stretching exercises, hold onto the side of the pool and kick your legs like your riding a bicycle.
Whenever you have some free time in between meetings, you can go for a walk, take the stairs instead of the elevator, and walk around the neighborhood to see the sights, or just stay in your room and work out.
Staying fit is all a matter of your priorities. If you are determined to get exercise and feel better and firm up your body, you will find a way to squeeze exercise in no matter where you are or how busy you are. Make sure to find time to exercise if you want to have the best results on your weight loss program.
