Eat breakfast as soon as you can after you get out of bed. Breakfast will help jumpstart your metabolism. Make sure to eat a breakfast that is high in protein and fiber and not that high calorie, sweet foods like cereal and pancakes dripping in syrup.
Eating sweets for breakfast will just make you feel tired and hungry an hour later. Try having a fruit smoothie with protein powder and a piece of whole-grain toast. This way you will get a good start on your day with plenty of fiber and protein.
Some other great high protein and fiber breakfast ideas include?
Cottage cheese with strawberries Yogurt with high fiber cereal sprinkled over the top Hard-boiled egg and an apple Whole grain crackers and cheese Low-fat granola bar and an apple Peanut butter sandwich on whole grain bread with apple slices Oatmeal with peaches Bran muffin and fruit smoothie A whole-wheat pita stuffed with egg and low-fat cheese
By adding protein and fiber to your morning meal, you will stay full longer and be less tempted to pick up the donuts on the way in to the office. Simply by having breakfast in the morning you can potentially save yourself from being tempted to eat high fat snacks during the day and save hundreds of calories.
Eat breakfast everyday for a week and see if you notice how much better your day goes. Pay attention to your eating habit throughout the rest of the day and see if you notice that are less tempted to eat junk food. You may find you do not think about eating unhealthy snacks at all. Good Luck!

My advice if you insist on slimming: Eat as much as you like – just don’t swallow it.
