The shopping list made the whole process easy and stress-free from start to finish. The meals were easy to prepare and cook and tasted delicious. I was never hungry and never felt like I was on a diet. I am a 54-year-old female from Victoria Australia, this is the best thing I have done for my health, weight and general well being. ## Stay hydrated ##
I completed the 2-week challenge and I honestly feel so much better. I am female, 59 years old and I live in Texas. After menopause, I’ve struggled with the weight gain on a daily basis. I did a lot of research on Keto and decided to give it a try. It is true, the first two weeks are the hardest with the keto flu symptoms. I did find adding a cup of bullion helped.
Now that I’m over most of the symptoms, I can tell you, I have no cravings for sweets whatsoever. I noticed that I have more energy and I lost 8 lbs (3.5 kg) in these 2 weeks. I can see and feel my “menopot” going down. I’m so happy I decided to try this challenge and I plan to continue. I became a monthly member and love how you can plan your own meals or choose from favorites and you get the shopping list for items needed for the week.
The recipes are easy and there were only 1-2 that I wasn’t crazy about. I’m a fan of the cooking the evening before and having your lunch for the next day. That, for me, is really convenient. I plan to continue on this journey, not only for the weight loss but because I feel so much better and want that to continue.

I lost about 7.5 pounds and love the recipes you supplied. I went from 219.4 lbs to 212 lbs (99.5 kg to 96 kg). I was pretty strict so it worked. Thanks and plan on continuing. Next goal is to hit 200 (91 kg) and then hope to get to 185 (84 kg) when it is all said and done and think I will be able to maintain the low carb lifestyle.

I was so excited to stumble across your website and signed up for the challenge. Not unfamiliar with low carb (I recall Dr. Atkin’s book – which was really a photocopy because they didn’t publish a book at that time – in the mid-70’s that my mother had!), and I was always feeling my best when eating low carb.
Moving to the late 80’s when I married a man who can’t believe that someone doesn’t want to eat bread (Yup – he said that), I pretty much threw the low carb thing out the window. It was easier (work-wise and budget-wise) to cook and eat what I made for him, and as the years went on my weight went up and up, and my health got worse. Although I was eating “healthy,” low fat (as we all know now) is not really the healthy way to go. I exercised and dieted for quite some time, eventually dieting my way up to 80 pounds (36 kg) overweight.
A year ago this week my husband (the bread guy) had a heart attack. Although I wasn’t surprised, I wasn’t expecting that to happen to him at 53 years of age! He realized he needed to make a big change to his lifestyle. Exercise and eating right was now a focus for him. Over the past year, we’ve cleaned up our diet completely, eventually leaning more toward a Keto lifestyle.
However, in the past year, I was still so focused on caring for him, I wasn’t caring for myself. I was eating better food, but the sweetened lattes and sweet treats still reared their ugly heads and I succumbed to eating them (and more carbs) than I should. Then I found your website. Just the kick in the butt I needed! In the last 15 days of being completely SUGAR-FREE, I’ve lost 11 pounds (5 kg). I’ve found more recipes and things to eat that we enjoy and now have the fire in me to keep on it for the long term. Best of all, I have my husband agreeing that this IS the way we should be eating. It’s a win-win!

I absolutely loved the 2-week challenge! It was so easy to prepare for each day’s meals having the recipes and especially the shopping list all there and ready to go. I lost 9 lbs (4 kg)!! I never snacked in between because I was never hungry. I am excited to continue with this way of eating and reach my weight loss goal of 35 lbs (16 kg). I know this is a lifestyle change I can definitely stick to because I feel totally in control.
