Xtreme Fat Loss Diet

When you have tried for years to rid yourself of those extra pounds that simply refuse to go away, then you tend to view every package with an air of skepticism, with good reason in most cases. They promise to do this and that, and when it doesn’t happen there is always some long winded excuse readily available. I certainly fit into that mode and when I first came across the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet (XFLD), I didn’t really take it serious.

However, the fact that this diet actually suggested that I could continue to eat basically what I liked at stages of the course, convinced me that I might as well give it a try, as I wouldn’t have to starve myself, so I more or less had nothing to lose. The aim of the program is to shed 25lbs in 25 days, something I’d have been delighted to achieve, but I actually set off hoping I could maybe get half way there, which would have been better than any previous attempt.

My critical approach very quickly began to ease however, when I started to really get into XFLD; I was actually astonished that even though on the fifth day I was encouraged to eat all my regular favorites, and obliged willingly; on the completion of the first 7 days I had remarkably lost 5 pounds, and this if I’m honest, was done without really taking the program completely seriously.

My attitude suddenly became far more positive and I became fascinated with all the science involved, which started to make sense. Basically, by indulging myself every fifth day, these ‘cheat’ days had the effect of confusing my body, just when it was preparing to fight back against a calorie deficit created in the previous four days. It sounds far fetched, but it is so simple it’s brilliant.

The professional look of all the supporting material also cannot fail to impress, with specifications, training manuals, log sheets and check lists, all giving the right impression and enhancing the confidence in the product. I particularly was taken with the success journals, and the audio/transcript of a thorough Q&A session with some acclaimed critics, which seemed to cover all aspects of the diet.

I finished the 25 days, 21 pounds lighter, and apart from needing to buy a new wardrobe of clothes I couldn’t be more pleased. It takes some understanding, but believe me this XFLD genuinely works and takes your dietary mindset to a completely different direction.
