I have to say that my early experiences with this dietary program were a little disconcerting, as one or two home truths were a little near the knuckle; but the truth does hurt sometimes and once I got my head around the message it was giving me, everything was fine. Well to be honest they weren’t just fine, they were absolutely terrific. The transformation I have undertaken, by following this Strip That Fat plan is to put it bluntly, nothing short of staggering.
I was made to see just how tainted part of the dietary industry is, and realized that the fancy magazines and websites don’t actually want us to succeed in permanent weight loss, as we are their regular traffic, so it most certainly is not in their best interests to find us a long term solution. So much of the information and instructions that I had so diligently taken on board, were proved to be nothing more than carefully prepared marketing speech.
The Strip That Fat program totally changed my mindset and got me doing things which I had always steered clear of in the past, due to the fact that I had been lead to believe they were harmful to my diet. It explained to me, in a detailed, but easy to understand way, exactly how to move forward towards my desired weight and look and what’s more, enabled it to happen in less than a month.
I learned which foods were most nutritious, which burned off the most fat, all about my metabolism, and how basically I only had to make subtle changes to my eating habits, not the wholesale changes that I always previously attempted. These small, but significant changes involved making the right choices in food and just as importantly, when to consume those items.
My body stopped working against me within days of taking up the program, as it was re-trained to act on a whole new set of messages my brain was sending to it. The trick is to trick the body and the most enjoyable aspects in this program are the ‘cheat’ days, once a week. On these occasions, incredibly the dieter is encouraged to eat as much of their favorite high calorie stuff, just at the point where the body is getting set to try and combat the sudden changes, and store some reserve fat.
By carrying out this process over a period of a month, the results for me were remarkable, and although strictly on a diet, my weekly binges made it the easiest weight loss program I have ever attempted, and what’s more this one works!
