I have spent years trying desperately to lose my excess weight and develop my fitness, but no matter how hard I tried, I just couldn’t shift my fat and create the shape I was after. Indeed, what is more likely to happen is they’ll make you lose more muscle than fat and therefore become weaker instead of fitter, something I can completely empathize with.

This program helped me understand my body type and once I was in possession of this information I was able to move forward at an incredible rate of knots.
